How will this work?
Kay will ask you a series of questions. These comprehensive questions will ensure that all required information is included and will identify any missing items.
What will my Portfolio look like?
There are a number of Portfolios to choose from-
1. Hard copy -presented in a folder with room for you to add to as needed. Includes a list of contents, outline of competencies and reflection of CPD hours.
2. Electronic Portfolio-contents as above, but presented electronically; includes a scan of all relevant documents.
3. Hard and electronic copy - includes hard and electronic copies, as above.
4. Disc- CD of Portfolio
What happens after 12 months?
A requirement of registration is that health professionals maintain a current portfolio. You can do this yourself, or you can choose a ‘Portfolio Package’ which means that we do all the work for you.
Portfolio Package
1. Up- date your Portfolio every 3 months.
lf you choose this option, you will be contacted every 3 months. We will ask you a series of questions and send you your up-to-date Portfolio – this is a great option for busy health professionals who want to ensure that everything remains current.
An added bonus to this option is that if you are audited, we will update your Portfolio for FREE and have it ready for the Audit.
2. Yearly Up-date -
This option will update your Portfolio every year.
If you sign up for this option, and you are audited during the year, then, for a small fee, we will update your Portfolio and have it ready for the Audit.
